Warranty Policy:

This warranty card ensures the after sales services for Diesel Generator Conversion into Diesel Gassystem to maximize the benefit of the customers.

Terms and Conditions:

  • This warranty card represents the validity for a period of 12 (Twelve) months or 1500 Hours of running for regular package (whichever comes earlier) and that covers free services & repairs related to Diesel Gas system.
  • This service card does not cover consumable electronic & Mechanical components i.e. Selector Switch, Gas Regulator, Electrical Control Unit (ECU), MAP Sensor, Sensors ( Water Temperature, Air Temperature, Gas Temperature), Stepper Motor, Solenoid Valve, Mixer due to poor performance of the Battery, mishandling, immersion in water or damaged by any accident.
  • The warranty Terms and conditions shall be treated as void if any adjustment or repair is carried out by unauthorized technician or any other person within the warranty period.
  • This warranty card has been produced for availing free Service and Repair.
  • This warranty card covers only Electronic or Mechanical components and void if the Generator does not run according to the operating rules supplied by Navana CNG Limited.
